Painters your listings can rely on
When you list a property, the repaint should not be one more thing to chase.
We work around your marketing timeline — quoting clearly, accessing the property as arranged, completing the agreed painting work and handing it back clean, neutral and ready for the campaign.
We know how real estate painting runs
We regularly work on properties being prepared for sale, lease, settlement or handover.
Over the years, that has included repainting work on properties listed or managed through many of Melbourne’s agency networks, including Ray White, Harcourts, Jellis Craig, Woodards, Raine & Horne, Sweeney, Eview, Hocking Stuart, Rodney Morley and JMRE.
From vendor approval to photography deadlines, we understand how pre-sale painting needs to run: clear scope, fast communication, reliable access, clean finishes and minimal back-and-forth.
From vendor approval to first open
We align the painting work with your campaign timeline, so the property is ready when it needs to be. From vendor approval through access, painting, photography and the first open-for-inspection, we keep the process simple, organised and off your plate.
Fast, fixed-scope quoting
Send us the address, scope and key deadline, and we will assess the property as quickly as possible.
You will receive a clear fixed-scope written quote, ready to forward to your vendor for approval. The quote outlines what is included before work begins, so everyone is clear on the scope.
Access that suits you
Once the quote is approved, you do not need to coordinate the owner, wait on site or manage daily access.
We can work with the access arrangement that suits the listing — key, code, office collection or vendor arrangement — then complete the agreed work while the property is vacant.
Deadline-focused scheduling
We schedule around the dates that matter: styling, photography, listing, auction or first open-for-inspection.
Tell us the target date upfront and we will let you know honestly whether the timeframe is achievable before we commit.
Marketing-ready handover
Before handover, we complete final checks, address agreed touch-ups, remove our protection and leave the work areas clean.
The property is handed back with a clean, neutral finish that is ready for photography, styling, inspections or the next trade.

Common questions
Yes, in many cases we can provide an indicative range from photos, videos, measurements or a floor plan.
For larger jobs, exterior work or properties with visible defects, we may need to inspect the property before confirming the final scope and price.
Usually the vendor pays directly. We can invoice the vendor, property owner or another nominated party depending on the arrangement. Agency invoicing may be available for approved repeat clients by agreement.
No. Vacant interior repaints are a core service, but we also assist with selected exterior presentation work, weatherboard painting, fence spraying, trims, eaves, fascias and other pre-sale painting work where suitable. You can see the full range on our services page.
We specify products to suit the surface, exposure and project requirements. Depending on the job, this may include Taubmans, Dulux, Zinsser or equivalent premium products.
Our painting work is backed by a practical workmanship guarantee. If there is an issue with our coating application, we will assess it and make it right where it falls within the agreed scope, surface condition and coating system. We are also fully insured, with certificates of currency available on request.
We service Melbourne’s west, north, inner suburbs and selected bayside / inner-south areas depending on the project. This commonly includes suburbs such as Brunswick, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Strathmore, Essendon, Moonee Ponds, Airport West, Altona, Elsternwick and surrounding areas.
